Beth Whitley retires from Peoples Bank

BRANSON MISSOURI NEWS: Beth Whitley, branch capture and accounts specialist, retired from Peoples Bank effective August 31.Her banking career spans more than 25 years, with the last 10 years at Peoples Bank.

“Beth has been an important part of the Peoples Bank family for the past 10 years. She is that perfect combination of professionalism and fun. Although we will miss seeing her on a daily basis, we are happy for her as she enters this new and exciting phase of her life,” said Mary Fowler, CEO.Whitley was born in Shreveport, Louisiana but has made Magnolia her home for the past 57 years. She has given back to her adoptive hometown by participating in Relay For Life and the Magnolia Blossom Festival.

She is married to Paul Whitley and the couple attends Greers Chapel United Methodist Church where she has served on the administrative board and with the Wednesday Night Kids & Youth.She is the mother of three children, Amy Lewis; Jason Jackson has his wife Megan and Brian Jackson and his wife Brinkley. She and Paul have seven grandchildren.Beth is looking forward to having more time doing what she enjoys in her retirement. Some of her favorite activities include following Arkansas Razorbacks …
