BRANSON NEWS: A request from the Branson Show League for a task force has yet to be considered or denied by the city.
Mayor Karen Best, City Administrator Bill Malinen, Alderwoman Betsy Seay and Alderwoman Kirsten Hart met with Glenda Kerr, executive director of the Branson Show League; Cindy Merry, board member and chair of the league’s marketing team; and Michael London, Branson Magazine Publisher, Thursday afternoon to discuss a “Blue Ribbon Task Force,” previously requested by the show league.
Branson Tri-Lakes News archives state that Merry said she sent two letters regarding the request for the task force on Oct. 11 …
