BRANSON MO NEWS: City officials are saying it costs more to maintain 76 Country Boulevard than that the state said it would when the city agreed to take over the road.A city-led look at annual maintenance costs for 76 Country Boulevard revealed that it costs the city 8.53 percent more than numbers received from the Missouri Department of Transportation in 2017.According to Keith Francis, director of public works and engineering, data collected from 2017 through Aug. 24, 2018, had maintenance estimates at $96,895, 8.53 higher than MoDOT’s figure of $89,281.

According to Branson Tri-Lakes News archives, MoDOT’s payment plan to Branson was revised in the supplemental agreement.
