BRANSON NEWS: FORT SMITH (KATV) — A former Harrison School District assistant band director who lived in Branson, Missouri was sentenced to federal prison Thursday for having a sexual relationship with at least two of his students.Kyle Lee Smith, 29, was sentenced to 15 years in prison each on one count of transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity and one count of coercion and enticement of a minor.
