But in Monday’s rebuttal to Hawley’s effort to shut them down, attorneys for the company argue that the attorney general is putting on a show and does not have his facts straight. “The Attorney General suggests that BDV and Ripley recklessly put their customers on the water knowing that danger was ‘imminent,’ failed to advise customers about safety issues, and then neglected their obligations once on the water,” three attorneys based in Springfield and Kansas City wrote …
