Shiloh Drive, Fayetteville, AR, to the public in March 2017. Jimmy’s Egg® brings Fayetteville residents full cups of coffee served by our attentive staff, Cracked-to-Order ® omelettes and daily fresh-baked breads. This location will be the 55th restaurant for the chain to open and will employ approximately 25 people. MoreJE Ark Egg, LLC, is a partnership group led by Hunter Boelte, Franchise Owner. The development agreement states the group will open six to eight locations in Arkansas and surrounding areas. In addition to Fayetteville, Boelte is exploring options to expand into additional locations in northwestern Arkansas including Rogers, Bentonville, Bella Vista and Springdale.
