BRANSON NEWS: Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley has filed a motion opposing a move by Ripley Entertainment and Branson Duck Vehicles to move the suit against them from state to federal court. The two companies are defendants in the state’s lawsuit in connection with the tragic sinking of a duck boat in Branson, Missouri in July that claimed 17 lives.
