BRANSON MO NEWS: JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Robert Seamon’s name was drawn today to win his choice of a worldwide exploration in the Missouri Lottery’s “Second Chance of a Lifetime: Summer Thrills” promotion. The Washington resident will get to pick from among three world-class adventures: an African safari in the Serengeti, a trip through the outback of Australia or outdoor activities at a ranch in Wyoming.
“They are all amazing trips and once-in-a-lifetime experiences,” said May Scheve Reardon, executive director of the Missouri Lottery. “It will be interesting to see which location is most popular.”
Two additional players’ names were drawn today to win their choice of four Midwest exploration trips to Branson, Memphis, Louisville or Chicago. They are: Roosevelt Johnson of St. Louis and Patricia Welch of Buckner.
An additional 10 winners were selected today to receive $1,000 cash. A list of those winners can be found at MOLottery.com.
The Lottery will hold two more drawings in the promotion, one on July 26 and one on Aug. 23.
Players will receive one entry for each $10 worth of any eligible Scratchers tickets or Draw Games tickets entered into their My Lottery® Players Club account. They will get to choose which of the three drawings they would like to enter. All prizes are taxes paid.
In addition to the two remaining drawings, the Lottery is also holding weekly merchandise drawings on Tuesdays through August 21. Fifty winners are drawn each Tuesday to win an outdoor-themed merchandise item of their choice, such as patio heaters, gas and charcoal grills, smokers, bikes, tents, coolers and more.
