Missouri Senator Roy Blunt Introduces Changes To TSA’s Staffing Structure And Security Measures
BRANSON MO NEWS: A U.S. Senate committee is considering whether to make proposed changes to TSA’s staffing structure and security methods. Brian Weiler, Director of Aviation at Springfield-Branson National Airport tells the Missournet that not having a worker at his airport’s exit lane all of the time would be a win-win. Weiler also says having a worker placed at his airport’s exit lane and sharing the cost with TSA could save the airport and the agency some money.The legislation is sponsored by Missouri Senator Roy Blunt.
