Peck indicated the Branson area is a logical place for an office because of its strong draw for outdoor enthusiasts.“We have always considered Branson to be the ‘heart’ of the Ozarks, and obviously tourism drives the Branson market and it sees an influx of people during the summer months. However, I think our success will be determined by the local folks who want to buy and sell properties in Taney and the surrounding counties. We are very excited and extremely proud to be bringing the MOP name to this area. The bottom line is that we love the Branson area and the people that call it home and want to help them with their real estate needs.”Shook agreed, adding: “Coming from the Marshfield (Missouri) office, we have seen a tremendous amount of growth and have experienced a great amount of success, especially in the farm and recreational land market.
