New Judge in John Roberts Trial

BRANSON – The Missouri Supreme Court is now tasked with choosing a new judge in the trial of John Roberts, the man accused of killing a six-year- old girl in Branson back in 2015.Roberts is accused of killing Jasmine Miller at an Extended Stay Motel. He’s charged with first degree murder.The original judge in the trial recused himself. That’s when Judge Calvin Holden took over the trial but he was recently removed from the case.
