BRANSON MO NEWS: Late Thursday night, online records for the Taney County, Missouri jail list Aubrey Trail as an inmate.
Trail and Bailey Boswell are considered persons of interest in 24-year-old Sydney Loofe’s disappearance. Loofe was reported missing Thursday, Nov. 16th by her mother.
The City of Branson is located in Taney County, in southwestern Missouri. Online records do not show Boswell listed as an inmate in the county jail.
Records show Trail is being held without bond on a federal hold.
Thursday morning, Lincoln Police Chief Jeff Bliemeister said shortly before a news conference law enforcement had made contact with the two persons of interest and they were in custody, but would not say where. Both had outstanding warrants on charges unrelated to Loofe’s disappearance.
Bliemeister added authorities were en route to talk with Boswell and Trail.
“We want to talk to them because as they have stated in their Facebook posts to all of you and to the public, they were with Sydney in a very close proximity to the last time we know where she was,” said Bliemeister.
