The Southern Missouri Arts Connection Offers Creative Writing Class at the Community Center

Branson, MO September 26, 17 – The Southern Missouri Arts Connection is excited to offer Creative Writing with Joshua Heston as a part of their Fall class schedule. The class will run from 6-8PM Wednesday evenings on October 4, 11, 18, & 25th at The Community Center located at 201 Compton Drive, Branson, MO 65616. Students will explore narrative, character development, concise writing, openings, closings, and middles, as well as inspiration in past literature and pop culture. This class is open to adults and children over 12 from beginner to intermediate level. The course fee is $100 for the four two hour classes.

 

Joshua Heston is editor-in-chief of StateoftheOzarks.net Online Magazine for the Ozarks. He is a published author and is currently working on his first novel. When he is not writing, teaching, or developing the StateoftheOzarks community, he can be found creating awesome graphic design projects, Irish dancing, throwing heavy objects, and drinking fine-quality coffee (though not always simultaneously).

 

Deadline to register is October 2nd, 2017; fee must be paid in full by registration deadline.
