The Niswonger Performing Arts Center gets closer to its 2016-2017 premier with every passing day. Each day crossed out on the calendar means one day closer to “Ten Years of WOW!” As for this week, more releases for individual ticket sales!

Andy Williams Christmas Extravaganza

Today marks this week’s first release with Sandi Patty Christmas Blessings presented by Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships on Sunday, December 4, at 7:30 p.m. Sandi Patty is one of the most highly acclaimed performers of our time, with five Grammy® awards, four Billboard Music awards, three platinum records, five gold records, over 40 Dove awards, and 12 million units sold.

She was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame in 2004 and as an Indiana Living Legend in 2007. She has released over 30 albums since she was introduced to the world with her rendition of “The Star Spangled Banner” during the rededication of the Statue of Liberty in 1986. Her down-to-earth style and sturdy common sense have endeared her to Women of Faith® audiences, with whom she has traveled with since 2005. Sandi Patty was a featured performer at the Niswonger in the inaugural season, so it is fitting she return to the NPAC stage for the Niswonger “Ten Years of WOW!” season.

Up next is a release scheduled for Thursday, with Andy Williams Christmas Extravaganza, presented by Belna Petroleum on Saturday, December 10, at 7:30 p.m. Branson, Missouri’s, most popular Christmas show comes to Van Wert! Celebrate a family tradition as the legacy continues… The Andy Williams Christmas Extravaganza, starring The Osmond Brothers and The Lennon Sisters, with all the variety that made Andy’s show so spectacular.

The Christmas Extravaganza also includes husband-and-wife variety dance team Pasha and Aliona, the Lennon granddaughters, the Andy Williams Ballroom Champions, The Moon River Band and much more … all performing the audience’s favorite holiday songs. The Andy Williams Christmas Extravaganza also includes a tribute to Andy Williams, the man who started it all.
