Two men charged in Branson home invasion

BRANSON MO NEWS: Mark Anthony Lamb(Photo: Taney County Sheriff’s Office)Charges have been filed against two suspects in a Saturday evening home invasion robbery in Branson, a news release from the city said. Mark Anthony Lamb, 28, and Anthony William Saucedo, 30, are each charged with armed criminal action, robbery, burglary and stealing in connection with the crime. Lamb and Saucedo are being held without bond in the Taney County Jail. Anthony William Saucedo (Photo: Taney County Sheriff’s Office)Branson police responded Saturday evening to a report of a home invasion in the Cantwell subdivision near Missouri 76 and U.S. 65, the release said.A husband and wife said two men had forced entry into their home Saturday night, robbing them of personal possessions, including jewelry, the release said; the men then ran from the home, leaving the couple scared but unharmed. The men were taken into custody Sunday morning and the stolen property was recovered. A woman who was with one of the suspects when he was arrested was also arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
