Select Homes is preparing to open its sixth office.

The Wichita-based real estate company is forming a partnership with a group of realtors to open an office in Springfield, Mo. That site is expected to be operational in December, says Steve Wilbur, supervising broker for Select Homes.

A specific location there, which will be about 1,500 square feet, is being finalized. The realtors group is based in Springfield.

Select Homes also will serve Branson, Mo. from its Springfield location, Wilbur says.

Administrative support for that office, such as data input, generating buyer and seller leads and transaction management, will be offered through Select Homes’ Wichita offices.
