Branson man dies in collision with cement truck

BRANSON NEWS: A man died Wednesday in a wreck with a cement truck on Missouri 76 just east of Branson.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Talat Kopurtas, 34, of Branson, died after being struck head-on by a cement truck at the intersection of Lakeshore Drive.
The report states that the driver of the 2016 Mack cement truck, Michael D. Glidewell, 56, also of Branson, was heading east on 76 when he lost control of the vehicle on a curve, crossed the centerline and struck the 2015 Buick Encore being driven by Kopurtas.
