and built without input from a waterproofing specialist and can be doomed to endure years of water
intrusion problems. Older buildings are often in need of constant upkeep to prevent water migration
to the interior. This could be due to inadequate flashing systems, poor drainage and weep systems or
materials that have deteriorated over time. This water intrusion will damage interior finishes, further
