DeWitt & Associates, Inc. Joins Taney County Partnership
Taney County, MO – In May 2015, Taney County Partnership welcomed DeWitt & Associates, the 25th business sector investor to its Board of Directors. With a strong presence in Springfield developing construction projects for Missouri State University, Mercy, Greene County Public Safety Center, and others, DeWitt & Associates has also been active in Taney County with new construction of the Branson R-IV School District, The Branson Airport, CoxHealth ER Expansion and The Track.
Year after year, DeWitt & Associates projects are recognized for their remarkable collaboration of the design and construction process. These prestigious honors recognize creativity, function of design and the cooperative effort of the design and construction team. DeWitt & Associates consistently receives honors from the Springfield Contractors Association for its successful projects. Their teams of project managers and superintendents have received numerous individual awards such as Superintendent of the Year and Project & Developer of the Year. In 2013 DeWitt & Associates was also recognized by the Springfield Business Journal and ranked number 2 of the Dynamic Dozen.
DeWitt & Associates is experienced in developing LEED-certified projects with sustainability considerations always part of the firm’s design process. With the majority of their project staff being LEED Accredited Professionals, their team understands the importance of being environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout a building’s life-cycle. DeWitt & Associates partnered with the Discovery Center in Springfield, Missouri and built the first Gold-LEED building in Southwest Missouri.
