A man who helped rescue drowning passengers in the Missouri duck boat disaster is now suing the company because he claims he was injured trying to help and suffers from post traumatic stress.Gregory Harris filed a lawsuit against the owners and captain of the duck boat on Wednesday following last month’s tragedy on Table Rock Lake in Branson that killed 17 people.Harris said he was working on the Showboat Branson Belle on July 19 when he witnessed the duck boat capsize and sink during a fierce thunderstorm. He said he jumped into the lake to help rescue the drowning victims.
