BRANSON NEWS: Branson’s Chateau on the Lake has a new executive chef.In his new position, chef Paul Trout will oversee the Branson resort’s award-winning Chateau Grille, the Downstairs Deli, the Atrium Café & Wine Bar and The Sweet Shoppe, along with in-room dining.Since 2011, Trout has been the resort’s executive sous chef, responsible for all kitchen operations when the executive chef was absent. “I’m super excited for this new role as we are heading into a new season for the menu,” Trout says. “I’m looking forward to holding on to the Chateau’s traditions, while also bringing new items to the table.” …
