BRANSON MISSOURI NEWS: Penny Kampeter pictured with a cake after being named Administrator of the Year in Missouri.Penny Kampeter, of Tri-County Care Center, received a top honor in her profession after being named Administrator of the Year by the Missouri Health Care Association at their annual conference held in Branson, Mo. August 28–31.Kampeter has been a licensed administrator for 25 years and is beginning her 10th year at the Vandalia facility. She serves as Missouri Health Care District VI President, Chairman of the Education Committee, and co-chairs several events throughout the year including the Golden Age Game Olympics and Queen Pageant, along with the State of Missouri CNA Convention.“I was truly honored to receive this  award,” Kampeter said. “I honestly believe an administrator is only as successful as her staff she is surrounded by. I am very fortunate to work with the very best staff at Tri-County Care Center.”The residents and staff of Tri-County Care Center honored Kampeter with a surprise reception on Wednesday, September 7 during the afternoon activity.
