BRANSON NEWS: A Branson entertainer who pleaded guilty to tax evasion will be sentenced in November, according to federal court records.
Barry Knudsen, star of the SIX show, pleaded guilty in federal court April 21 to tax evasion after failing to pay more than $300,000 in state and federal taxes, according to court records.
At the time, Knudsen waived his right to a grand jury. In his plea, Knudsen admitted that, despite earning significant income through several businesses in which he is a shareholder, he repeatedly failed to file and pay federal and state income taxes.
