Branson football coach Dan Henderson announces retirement

BRANSON NEWS: Dan Henderson, head football coach at Branson High School, announced his retirement today. Henderson addressed his players this morning at a team meeting.
Throughout his career, Henderson’s teams earned 12 district titles and made nine appearances in State Quarter Finals. He was named the Missouri Class 3 Coach of the Year in 2006 and inducted into the Missouri Football Coaches Hall of Fame in 2011. Henderson recorded 161 wins during his 28 years as head coach. He spent 29 years coaching in Missouri schools.
