BRANSON NEWS: Getting your daily fruits and vegetables just got a lot easier in Branson, Missouri, thanks to two Nevada transplants. Tiana and Eddie Cornell, who hail from Las Vegas, ditched the desert for the rolling hills and lake-spotted Ozarks a few years ago.
