Lipasek plans to continue coaching career

BRANSON NEWS: Branson coach Becky Lipasek is resigning from her post with the Lady Pirates, but isn’t ready to retire.

“I truly am blessed to have been at Branson, Reeds Spring, and El Dorado Springs,” said Lipasek, who informed her players at Branson of her decision to leave last Friday. “I will be relocating out of state and plan to continue coaching.”

Lipasek, who owned a 577-236-44 record in her 27-year coaching career, was at Branson the past three seasons. She posted a 54-37-6 record (.557 winning percentage) with the Lady Pirates.
