Man dies in head-on crash near Branson Wednesday

BRANSON MO NEWS: BRANSON, Mo. – A man died in a head-on collision in the Branson area on Wednesday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a truck hauling cement lost control and crossed the center line. That truck hit a passenger car on Missouri 76 at Lakeshore Drive.
The car’s driver, Talat Kopurtas, 34, died at the scene. The truck driver was treated at the scene. Crews spent much of the day cleaning up the crash scene.
